A Lanarkshire occupational therapist has been honoured for her outstanding work with a Merit Award.Janice McClymont, head of profession, occupational therapy services at NHS Lanarkshire and Honorary Fellow, School of Health and Life Sciences, Glasgow Caledonian University, was recognised for her "considerable innovation, impressive volume of achievements, work on post-COVID and the development of an occupational therapy model which has a national reach and influence".The Royal Society of Occupational Therapists Fellowship and Merit Awards pays tribute to individuals nominated by their peers for their excellence - and the person's special contribution to their profession.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
