The director of Nicolas Cage’s new martial-arts movie, “Jiu Jitsu,” says the actor knows what he’s doing.“Nic is trained in jujitsu,” Dimitri Logothetis told Page Six. “He knew an awful lot and did a lot of moves on-camera that were his own that my stunt coordinators laid out.” But he adds, “We didn’t let him do the dangerous stuff.”Logothetis said Cage “worked on the choreography for about a week.
