Lanarkshire charity supporting families in poverty appeals for fundraising support

A Hamilton entrepreneur is appealing for businesses to back her latest fundraiser to ensure she can continue to help local families and children living in poverty.Lesley Robertson, founder of local charity Juniors, is holding a gala night at Glasgow's Doubletree Hilton Hotel on Saturday, May 27, with more than 200 supporters expected to attend.The event aims to raise funds to ensure Lesley and the charity can continue to support vulnerable families and children in Hamilton, and overcome the loss of regular backing from the Scottish Government.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
