Justin Timberlake

Justin Randall Timberlake (born January 31, 1981), occasionally known by his initials JT, is an American singer, songwriter, actor, dancer, and record producer.

Raised in Tennessee, he appeared on the television shows Star Search and The All-New Mickey Mouse Club as a child. In the late 1990s, Timberlake rose to prominence as one of the two lead vocalists and youngest member of NSYNC, which eventually became one of the best-selling boy bands of all time.

Timberlake began to adopt a more mature image as an artist with the release of his debut solo album, the R&B-focused Justified (2002), which yielded the successful singles "Cry Me a River" and "Rock Your Body", and earned his first two Grammy Awards.

Justin Timberlake breaks social media silence after drink-driving charge

Justin Timberlake has made a return to social media after being caught drinking and driving.Earlier this month, the Sexy Back singer was arrested in the Hamptons in the US, following a traffic incident and charged with one count of driving while intoxicated (DWI).

It is reported that the pop star told the arresting officer that the situation would ruin his upcoming concert dates.But it seems that this isn't the case, as Justin has posted a series of Instagram stories as he kicked off the New York leg of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday.The first clip shows a smiling Justin posing with a t-shirt for his tour in blue and orange - the same colours as the New York Knicks basketball team.

Posted ahead of his performance, the singer can be heard saying "this is so important right now. Catch those Knicks colours".What follows is a series of shared snaps and videos of Justin as he danced and sang on the centre stage, with a full room of fans clearly seen dancing and singing along.

There were even a few famous faces in attendance, including film director Martin Scorsese, who was snapped standing and stoically enjoying the evening.On June 18, Justin was pulled over by police while driving in Sag Harbour after authorities witnessed him running a stop sign, TMZ reports.
