Doctor Who alum David Tennant hosted the festivities, with A-list celebrities like Demi Moore, Timothée Chalamet, Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Hugh Grant, and Warwick Davis among the star-studded crowd at the Royal Festival Hall. Conclave and The Brutalist claimed top honours, while Adrien Brody snagged Best Actor and Mikey Madison took home Best Actress.Though the ceremony aired on BBC, several juicy moments were scrubbed from the broadcast - including fashion faux pas, swearing and digs at Donald Trump.
