The summer of 2024 has been unusually cold and damp - even for Scotland - and forecasters say the gloomy weather won't let up this weekend.Those hoping to see a sunny and warm day will be disappointed.
BBC Scotland Weather says the mercury will hit 17 or 18C "if you're lucky" today, with Friday set to be a blustery day and Scots in the north feeling a "little bit raw" in the cold and wind.As we move into Saturday, temperatures won't heat up, but on the bright side, the Met Office says showers will ease on Saturday with mostly dry conditions and sunny spells on Sunday.BBC Scotland Weather wrote on X today: "Good morning!
