Viewers have watched the bogus businessman's patience be tested by Underworld client Rufus Donahue. Rufus first made his appearance in the soap earlier this year when Stephen was seen visiting his hotel room to resurrect the deal with Rufus and Underworld and in return he’d receive a 15 percent commission and a permanent contract.
But things took a turn when Rufus made it clear he wasn't interested but offered him some cocaine and the hallucinogenic drug LSD before he collapsed clutching his chest.
After Rufus was rushed off to the hospital, Stephen faked Rufus’s signature on the unsigned contract and even pocketed some of his LSD which he later used to drug Carla Connor.
