Eurovision mania is in full swing as the official start of Eurovision week kicks off. Last year's winner, Ukraine, unfortunately couldn't handle the hosting duties due to the ongoing war.
However, the United Kingdom stepped up to the plate and will host the contest in Liverpool Arena this week, which can hold up to 11,000 Eurovision-crazy fans. The home of The Beatles is pulling out all the stops to give the event a Ukrainian flair in their honour.
Ukrainian musicians will be performing all week, and the Eurovision Village will be hosting a special collaboration between Ukrainian and Liverpudlian artists before the contest.
Get ready for an epic week of Eurovision madness. When are the semi-finals? Before the final there are two semi-finals, taking place on Tuesday 9 May and Thursday 11 May.
