This is everything the judge told Lucy Letby as he handed her another whole life order and told her she would spent the rest of her days behind bars.

Letby, 34, had already been found guilty of murdering seven babies and the attempted murder of six others following a previous trial.

Earlier this week, she was found guilty of attempting to murder another infant, known as Child K. This morning at Manchester Crown Court, Letby was handed another whole life order, meaning she is now serving 15 whole life orders in total. "Lucy Letby, on August 21 last year, following your conviction after trial of seven offences of murder and seven offences of attempted murder of babies, I sentenced you to imprisonment for life and directed that the early release provisions did not apply.

I must now sentence you for a further offence of attempted murder of which you have been convicted by another jury. "All 15 offences of which you have now been convicted were committed over a period of almost 13 months between June 2015 and June 2016, when you were employed as a neo-natal nurse at the Countess of Chester Hospital in Chester.
