Gary Neville hits the decks with Manchester music legend for debut DJ set at Kendal Calling festival

The football pundit and business owner took to the stage at Kendal Calling on Sunday night (August 4). The festival, now in its 19th year, is held at Lowther Deer Park in the Lake District and this year's headliners included Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Paul Heaton, The Streets and Paulo Nutini.
Gary appeared alongside Manchester music legend Tim Burgess, who is the lead singer for the Charlatans and recently won the Northern Music Award for his contributions to the scene, for his first ever DJ set and appearance at the festival. READ MORE: Liam Gallagher 'would love Oasis reunion'...
according to someone very close to him The musician and the eight-time Premier League winner first appeared on the stage to the sound of New Order’s football anthem World in Motion before playing a setlist heavy with Britpop anthems and Northern classics, including Courteeners’ Not Nineteen Forever, Dexys Midnight Runners' Come on Eileen and the Chemical Brothers hit Hey Boy Hey Girl.
