In her rigorous training regime, Emily swims a whopping 55km (34 miles) weekly, while Matt, who snagged an Olympic gold at just 18 during the Tokyo games in the 4x200m relay, covers about 50km (31 miles).
During this year's Olympics, Matt scooped up a silver in the men's 200m freestyle and won gold alongside teammates, James Guy, Tom Dean and Duncan Scott in the 4x200m freestyle relay.
Taking to Instagram after defending their champion title in the relay, Matt wrote alongside a snap with his GB Team: "So proud of these boys.
