Gardener shares 'super easy' way to get rid of slugs in your garden which 'works too well'

Kai recommends the use of cheap beer and shallow containers placed halfway into the soil, which is a common habitat for the creatures.
Jade's slug-removal strategy entails filling the containers with beer overnight and inspecting them the following morning for any captured ones.
In one scenario, up to five were collected from her garden. Delving deeper into her technique, she described: "They usually don't survive the beer but if they do, I take them on a long walk to a faraway bush and throw them in it."
