Emmerdale fans 'suss out' real necklace thief after Charles and Claudette find Victor dead

Victor denied it and Claudette initially backed her husband before tipping out his pockets and finding the necklace.Claudette kicked Victor out for good following his constant lies and betrayal, while her estranged husband insisted he wasn't responsible for the theft and Manpreet called the police.
Victor soon fled as a result and wasn't found again until his son Charles found him dead in the church.Charles found his dad slumped over in one of the church pews and initially thought he was joking around before realising his dad was dead.
Claudette soon entered and was trying to get Victor to go along to the police station before she too realised he had passed.Emmerdale fans were left stunned by the sudden death and theorised that Victor wasn't really to blame for the theft, but Charles planted the necklace on him.Fans took to Twitter after the explosive scenes aired and theorised that Charles set his dad up for the crime.
