ok.co.ukJust days after arriving on our screens as the Queen Vic’s new landlady, EastEnders newcomer Elaine Peacock has already attracted the suspicion of many fans, as they predict she will have a major role to play in the upcoming Christmas Day murder plot.
Since arriving last week, Elaine, who is the mother of Walford favourite Linda Carter, has already ruffled a few feathers, including Sharon Watts and Nish Panesar, as she beat them in the race to become the new co-owner of the iconic Albert Square pub.
In fact, after locking horns with Nish last week, Elaine was almost certain Nish was behind the subsequent break-in at the Queen Vic.
Nish had initially been planning to go into business with Linda, but the doting daughter soon trumped his offer in favour of doing business with her mum, something that didn’t go down too well with the Panesar family.
