Clarkson's Farm viewers are threatening to boycott the third series due to the unexplained absence of a fan favourite.The Amazon Prime Video series, which follows motoring journalist Jeremy Clarkson as he navigates life as a farmer at Diddly Squat Farm in Chipping Norton, has been a hit with viewers.However, the loss of Pepper the heifer cow, who became a beloved figure in the second series, has left fans upset.Despite facing issues with getting his restaurant approved by West Oxfordshire District Council, Clarkson had promised to keep Pepper as a pet on the farm.
Fans even scrawled 'we love Peppa' graffiti on the barn that houses the farm shop as they loved the cow so much, the Express reports.
In the first episode of the third series, Clarkson receives an enforcement notice from the council, preventing him from reopening the restaurant and even placing plant pots outside it.As a result, Clarkson announces that the restaurant won't reopen, meaning he must say goodbye to his herd, including the much-loved Pepper.Jeremy Clarkson has voiced his sadness at parting with his cows, saying: "I'm finding today really quite sad because for the last year I've been opening the curtains in the morning and see the cows."And I love that, making cow noises.
