A charity that helped Jay Slater's family is now supporting the mum of a Wigan man who is missing in Majorca. LBT Global, who offer overseas crisis support in the case of missing people to families, has issued a fresh appeal over the disappearance of Benjamin Ross, who has not been heard from since he was last seen in Palma on July 10.

The charity also offered continuous support to the family of teenager Jay Slater, who was found dead four weeks after vanishing in Tenerife, with its boss now even vowing to track down the internet sleuths that abused them online. The 26-year-old was staying in a flat share in Palma, the capital of the popular holiday destination as he tried to find work - but hasn't been heard from for nearly two weeks after he cut contact with his mum Felix.

He had travelled abroad for a dream break in June to visit a friend, before extending his stay and finding temporary accommodation.
