The JLS star is among the 18 celebrities who have signed up to the BBC One dance contest this year and is currently in training for the first live show, in which each couple performs for the first time live, which will air on Saturday, September 21.
But fans only have to wait a few more days for the return of Strictly as the pre-recorded launch show airs this Saturday (September 14) and will see the celebrities paired with their professional partner for the first time. The singer and TV star took to Instagram with a video in which he was being given orders by his wife, Chloe. In the vieo, JB is standing in a dancers pose in his garden, complete with a glittery gold shirt and dancing shoes, while Chloe moves around him, acting like a drill sergeant.
