Janette Manrara has shared that she felt 'mum guilt' for taking time away from her baby daughter. The Strictly Come Dancing star welcomed her first child Lyra Rose into the world in July 2023 with partner and former pro Strictly dancer Aljaz Skorjanec.

Whilst navigating life as new parents, Janette and Aljaz have shared updates on the journey with their fans on social media.

The couple left the UK earlier this month and headed to Miami with their little girl, marking her first long-haul trip at 10 months to the United States.

But now Janette says she has been left feeling guilty after heading off on a girls trip and leaving Lyra at home with Aljaz.
