Shifty Shellshock of Crazy Town fame died from an overdose, as confirmed by the band's manager Howie Hubberman.The Butterfly singer, whose real name was Seth Binzer, died on 24 June aged just 49 and his death was confirmed by the Los Angeles medical examiner.The musician had a long history of substance abuse and had previously been admitted to hospital in 2012 after falling into a coma, but later recovered.

He also appeared on reality TV shows such as Celebrity Rehab and Sober House.
