Victor Lindelof gives update on his future ahead of Manchester United contract expiry

Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof expects to have his contract renewed ahead of its expiry in the summer. Although Lindelof is not first-choice in his position, he's an integral part of Erik ten Hag's squad and he was considered third in the centre-back pecking behind Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez for the majority of last season.

Lindelof made 35 appearances and he was preferred over Harry Maguire, who was still club captain last term, in various games.
