The Martin Lewis recommended energy price tariff that promises to be cheaper than Ofgem price cap

With many people stuck on whether they should change their energy deal amid a volatile market, Martin Lewis is hailing one particular tariff.

It comes following an announced fall in the energy price cap by 12.3 per cent which will come into force on April 1. This will drag the current cap of £1,928 to £1,690 for a typical dual-fuel household in England, Scotland, and Wales, Ofgem announced.

The money-saving expert has also highlighted that predictions state the cap will drop once again in July, although this will still be way above what prices were prior the pandemic and energy crisis.

While the price cap will still be cheaper, Martin has highlighted that one particular tariff could see customers 'undercut' the price cap by as much as 3 per cent.
