The Apprentice star, 32, took to social media to issue an update after the babies arrived early following a scan that revealed they hadn’t grown and had to be delivered in an “emergency operation”.
In an adorable photo shared on Instagram, the reality star proudly cradled the babies against his chest and grinned widely. The little ones, named Darla and Roma, were kitted out in matching white baby-grows with subtle polka dot detailing.Tom opted for a simple black t-shirt as he lovingly held his daughters close while sitting on a cream boucle sofa.
Announcing their homecoming, he penned: “Darla & Roma are now back home from the hospital today. I’m enjoying cuddles on the sofa this evening with my little twins.
