After the arrests in Austria, the UK's Policing Minister Diana Johnson said Scotland Yard would be looking at "all the intelligence" before the singer returns to the UK.
Officials said a 19-year-old suspect was arrested in Ternitz, an area south of Vienna, on Wednesday morning, and a second person in the capital city later the same day.
