A teenage boy has been arrested and two stolen bikes sezied after police raided a house in south Manchester. Officers executed a warrant at the address on Burnage Lane, Burnage at 8am this morning (Sunday).
During a search, two stolen motorbikes were found and sezied by the officers. "It is believed that both had been stolen in recent weeks and they will now be re-united with their rightful owners" Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said.
Cannabis was also found along with "other drug paraphernalia." A boy, aged 16, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of robbery and possession of cannabis.
He remains in custody for questioning. "Crimes such as burglaries, thefts, and robberies can feel very personal and we will always take action to reunite people with items taken from them, and take action against those responsible.
