South Lanarkshire Council is looking for local views on rent increases over the upcoming year.Each year, the local authority reviews its budget for new rent levels for the year ahead.

This year, tenants are invited to share views and take part in a consultation to help.An online survey has been developed and it will give tenants the chance to share views on what they consider to be the most important council investment priorities for the year ahead.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

This has been a key focus as we plan ahead into 2023-24.” The survey can be accessed online and will remain open until January 16.
