LOVE Island fans were left in floods of tears for Lana Jenkins after Ron Hall's made a brutal confession on tonight's episode.

The financial adviser, 26, has set his sights on new girl Samie Elishi ever since she arrived in the villa on Sunday. During their chat, Ron told celebrity make-up artists Lana, 25, that he was going continue to get to know Samie, leaving her devastated.
