While Robbie, now 49, achieved extraordinary levels of fame, he also grappled with the harsh glare of the spotlight, confessing in the trailer for his four-part docu-series that he endured a 'nervous mental breakdown in front of thousands of people.' Amid the darkness that life occasionally brought, there have been moments of joy.
Robbie, known for hits like Angels, married his wife, Ayda Field, in 2010. Two years later, they welcomed their daughter Theodora, who they sweetly nicknamed Teddy, now 13.They would go on to have three more children - eight year old Charlie, four year old Coco and three year old Beau.Towards the end of the trailer, a mesmerised Robbie watches as Teddy performs a rendition of Angels, one of his most iconic songs. 'She won't forsake me,' his daughter sings, prompting Robbie to join in.
