Benidorm stars now: From ITV star left 'close to death' to harrowing tragedy
ok.co.ukITV comedy Benidorm was a huge hit with TV viewers throughout its 11-year run, with fans left devastated when it was taken off air.The hit show aired from 2007 until 2018, with 74 episodes being created in total.
Benidorm bagged numerous awards and nominations including NTAs and BAFTAs. It even inspired a spin-off stage show, Benidorm Live, which ran in 2018 and 2019, and remains one of ITV's most iconic comedies.
Written and created by Derren Litten, much-loved actors including Johnny Vegas, Steve Pemberton and Siobhan Finneran all starred in Benidorm.
Here we take a look at where some of the cast are now, including the real-life tragedies that have occurred... Tim Healy Tim portrayed Lesley in Benidorm, but the character had to be written out of the series in 2016 when Tim was rushed to hospital.
