Prince Harry's personal relationships have reportedly been hit hard by the Home Office's decision to downscale his security detail when in the UK.

It's been reported that while Prince Harry's pals based in Britain are keen to see him more, the official stipulation to notify authorities 28 days ahead of visiting the country means he can mostly only make it back for significant celebrations or well-scheduled public engagements.
