Police issue CCTV appeal after children offered cash by man
manchestereveningnews.co.ukPolice have issued CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to after children were offered cash. The appeal comes after an incident on July 24 in Warrington.
It was reported that a man acting suspiciously had been offering money to children in the Vulcan Close area. Detectives investigating the incident have been making a number of enquiries in the area and have released the CCTV image as part of these enquiries.
Anyone who recognises the man is urged to contact the police.
