Motherwell boss Stuart Kettlewell says it’s important to make home advantage count at Fir Park, and give fans 100 per cent commitment in games.Kettlewell says he gets a lift from the stadium environment and says it’s time his side make sure visitors are well aware that they’re in a game.Ahead of this afternoon’s visit by Hibs, which is Motherwell’s first home game of the new Premiership season, Kettlewell says it's important to get off to a good start. He said: “Putting teams on the back-foot here early is massive.“I look at the place and I don’t want to sound too corny here, but I get a lift every day when I come in and look out my office window and see that pitch, see the work that has been done, and the infrastructure about the stadium.“It’s a proper football stadium, with a really loyal following.“I think it’s so important that we get off on the right step.
