Motherwell manager Stuart Kettlewell hailed his side's resilience in the face of adversity - after they ended a nightmare week on the injury front with a last-gasp victory over Kilmarnock.The Steelmen haven't had their problems to seek with Mika Biereth, Jon Obika and Pape Souare all facing lengthy spells on the sidelines, and Conor Wilkinson was added to the list ahead of kick-off with a claf problem.But the threadbare side responded in fine fashion to go joint-top of the Premiership with Celtic.Harry Paton popped up in the seventh minute of stoppage time to stun in-form Killie, who had taken the lead through Marley Watkins in the first half before Dan Casey's 59th minute leveller.And all of that came in between Callum Slattery's penalty being saved by Will Dennis in the 78th minute.So Kettlewell - who is on a nine-game unbeaten run in the Premiership - was thoroughly impressed by his side's mental fortitude.He said: "We would be delighted with three points in any game in this league, but especially after the first 45 minutes where I felt we weren't at the races."I didn't think we were good enough in or out of possession, which is a real frustration for us."We had a few changes to the system and our setup because of the tough week we have had, trying to make sure we can put a team on the park and trying to get together a forward line."The adjustments please me but, even more so, the change of mindset from the players in the second half."There was a real, growing belief that we could actually get something out of the game, which was contrary to what we saw in the first 45 minutes."I'm not going to excuse that or tell anybody it was okay but the second half was more like the players I have been working with."Harry capping
