City have already generated £25m this summer with the pre-agreed deals to sell Tommy Doyle and Taylor Harwood-Bellis to Premier League rivals Wolves and Southampton respectively.
Douglas Luiz's transfer from Aston Villa to Juventus also raised around £5m from the sell-on clause included in his contract when he left the Etihad in 2019.
Now, the budget has been boosted by up to £1m as academy midfielder Lewis Fiorini has secured a permanent exit to local side Stockport County.
