A major headline act has pulled out of the Parklife festival with just days to go due to 'unforeseen circumstances'. Mercury Prize-nominated J Hus will no longer be performing at the festival in Heaton Park this weekend.

The UK’s biggest metropolitan festival will take place on June 8-9, with other performances from American rapper and singer Doja Cat and electronic duo Disclosure.

On Tuesday (June 4), Parklife announced that J Hus, who was due to hit The Valley stage on the Sunday, will no longer be performing.
