We're just days away from the start of Kendal Calling, the hit British music festival set against the backdrop of the beautiful British Lake District.

Held at Lowther Deer Park, near Penrith, Cumbria, the popular event will take place from Thursday, August 1 until Sunday, August 4.

Over the last 17 years, the festival has established itself as a ‘mini Glastonbury of the North’. From Friday onwards, forty thousand festival goers will gather once again in the fields as Kendal Calling transforms into Cumbria’s third largest town.

The festival has become a Lake District staple since it first began in 2006, with headliners over the years including Snoop Dogg, Elbow, The 1975 and The Vaccines.
