Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
Susanna Reid expressed her affection on Good Morning Britain, telling her ITV colleague, "Love you!" live on air. Presenting the show with Ed Balls on Thursday (September 12), Susanna and Ed welcomed Kate Garraway into the studio.
Fresh from her victory at the National Television Awards, where she won Best Authored Documentary, Kate brought along her trophy to share the moment.
The conversation turned heartfelt as Kate discussed her "emotional" achievement, but Susanna was quick to offer words of encouragement.
Overwhelmed with support, she said: "Well, we love you Kate, and love to Darcey and Billy as well." Kate's win became even more poignant as her children, Darcey and Billy, joined her at the event and accompanied her on stage to receive the award.
