Former Love Island star Sam Gowland, known for his appearance on the reality show in 2017, is hitting back at online trolls who have been harshly criticising his dental work.

Sam, who spent £6,000 on veneers in Turkey, took to TikTok to express his frustration with the constant negative comments regarding his teeth.

He defended his decision, saying that he sought out the best professionals for the procedure. In the video, Sam shared his exasperation, stating: "Getting a bit p****d off to be honest with you, with every single time I do a TikTok or I do a video, and people are commenting, and I know it's for attention." He continued by addressing the hurtful remarks about his teeth, saying: "People commenting saying 'worst teeth I've ever seen, they look like a pack of chewing gum, they look like a gum shield, they look like piano keys'... “The teeth cost £6,000 to get done, there is a reason they cost £6,000, it's because I went to the best people in the world to get them done, I said I went to Turkey because that's where the best veneers are." Sam passionately defended the appearance of his teeth, highlighting their whiteness and the perfect gap between them.

He explained that he opted for a natural look with his veneers and urged people to refrain from posting negative comments about his teeth, as he is genuinely satisfied with the results.
