Holly Willoughby could soon be making a TV comeback, says her friend and former This Morning co-star Dr Ranj Singh. Dr Ranj, 44, who was the show's resident medical expert from 2016 to 2021, has said that he believes Holly, 42, will soon make a return to TV as "she's too good not to." Speaking to Closer, he said: "Of course she will come back to TV, she's too good not to.
I don't know where or what show, but she's so good at it, it would be a shame for her to back away completely." Despite previously criticising the show as 'toxic', he admitted that he still wanted to check up on Holly.
He said: "I messaged Holly just to check she was OK. Everything that's happened with her has been really tough. We all reached out and just want to make sure she's alright." "She replied and she's good.
Obviously it's a really difficult place for her to be in and she made a really difficult decision, but the kind thing to do is to reach out and just check in." Last month Holly decided to leave her role on This Morning after more than ten years.
