Also in between that, Claire has put some of the focus back on herself in what she described as a 'reset'. The 53-year-old, who is playing Cassie Plummer in the ITV soap, was smiling for the camera after a sweaty gym session and told her fans and followers: "Today is a turning point for me.

It was later confirmed that Claire has joined the team of mind and body optimisation coach Tommy Bishop after she mentioned earlier this year how she was finding getting into an exercise regime 'difficult'. Posting a selfie from her dressing room to her Instagram Story, Claire told her fans and followers: "Good to be back at Corrie today," adding a red love heart.
