A man accused of murdering a mother and her two-year-old daughter could have acted with diminished responsibility, his legal team claimed today. Andrew Innes allegedly killed Bennylyn Burke, 25, and her child Jellica Burke at a house in Troon Avenue, Dundee between February 20 and March 5, 2021.
