The reality star and TV presenter was in a relationship with Jade Goody between 2002 and 2004, with whom he had two sons.Currently, he is recognised for presenting on TNT Sports and This Morning, as well as his stints on Dancing on Ice, Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins and Celebrity MasterChef.
After parting ways with Jade Goody, Jeff started dating PR Executive Kate Dwyer in 2013. The couple were together for four years before he proposed in Ibiza in 2017.Jade and Jeff's sons, Bobby and Freddie, played the role of best men at their father's wedding to Kate.
