A housing association and construction company are creating new homes in Hamilton.Procast Group and West of Scotland Housing Association have teamed up for an affordable housing project with 12 new energy-efficient flats in the town’s Alness Street being built as part of the project.The development also includes innovative, energy-efficient features including solar panels and 12 associated parking spaces enabled with EV charging points.A communal garden to encourage community spirit will also be incorporated into the build.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
