The Gogglebox dad, renowned for his sharp quips and grouchy nature, grinned for the snap. He was seen with a KitKat and a drink in front of him and surrounded by staff from the centre with his arm hooked up to a machine.
Tom was also shown with a blood pressure cuff on his arm - which isn't used to monitor him but to maintain a small amount of pressure during the donation.
A full donation is 470ml and will usually take between five and ten minutes to take.
