Priscilla Presley has filed legal documents challenging her daughter Lisa Marie's trust after she claims she's been pushed out and replaced.

Elvis and Priscilla's only daughter Lisa Marie sadly passed away earlier this month at the age of 54 after suffering two cardiac arrests, and her mother has opened up about her 'painstaking' grief, writes The Mirror.Just weeks after her tragic death, legal documents show that Priscilla, 77, is now challenging an amendment to Lisa Marie's trust.Papers seen by the New York post, say that Priscilla is seeking a judge to set aside a change made to the documents over ten years ago which eliminates her as a trustee.Priscilla alleges that she was removed as a trustee with an 'inconsistent' signature used to rubber stamp documents.Lisa Marie created a living trust on January 29th 1993 which was then amended on January 27th 2010.The change is said to remove Priscilla and Elvis' daughter's former business manager Barry Siegel as trustees with her grandchildren Riley and the late Ben Keough replacing them. The grieving mother is hoping to make the amendment invalid and return to the trust as she questions the validity and authenticity.Daughter Lisa Marie's signature 'appears inconsistent with her usual and customary signature' the new papers claim.Papers also suggest the amendment was never delivered to her, Priscilla's name is misspelled and the date on the document is alleged to be suspicious. The legal filing states: "Lisa Marie Presley appointed her mother, Petitioner, and her former business manager, Barry Siegel, as co-Trustees effective as of the date of the 2010 restatement."The 2010 restatement further provides that Petitioner and Barry Siegel shall continue to serve as co-Trustees
