Married at First Sight UK and Celebs Go Dating star Ella Morgan has issued an emotional update after her recent hospitalisation following a "mystery illness".The statement comes after she worried fans by saying she'd "never been so ill." As symptoms worsened, she announced she'd be taking a break from Instagram, and she's now returned to issue a lengthy and heartfelt statement. Since the start of last year, my overall health, and weight, for some time, has not been something I have treated as a priority but that has now changed," she wrote on her Instagram story on Friday night (12 July). "I have been taking the time to rest and recover as advised by my medical team.

I also want to take this opportunity to also thank the NHS and Weston General for looking after me. "Whilst I am usually an open book, on this occasion when it comes to my medical recovery, I will take my time before giving more details as I am still awaiting some test results and would request privacy during this period."
