Coronation Street fans are placing bets on what's next for Toyah Habeeb as she finally gave into Rowan Cunliffe's wishes. The character has been going up against the Institute as she fears for her sister Leanne Battersby's involvement with mentor Rowan and the group.
But her bad-mouthing of the Institute and her lack of support for Leanne's decision to be involved has triggered an enemy in Rowan, who has been determined to shut her down by getting her to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement [NDA] after taking her to court.
Rowan has been able to ramp up the pressure on Toyah after Leanne told him about the baby she tragically gave birth to stillborn when she was 19, and then buried in the woods.
The police have since discovered Rose's remains and in another twist of the knife, it was Rowan who paid for the baby's funeral after Leanne lied about using her savings to pay.
