Charlie Mulgrew will pull on his boots once more after finding a new club.The Celtic hero and ex-Scotland international announced back in September last year that he was calling it a day in professional football at the age of 37.
During his trophy-laden spell at the Hoops he won five Scottish Premiership titles while he also starred on the international stage for his country.
His list of former clubs includes teams north and south of the border like Blackburn Rovers, Wolves, Dundee United and Aberdeen.And he will now add another club to his CV after signing for Doncaster City FC.
His new team - formed in 2022 - wrote on social media: "Welcome to Doncaster City FC Charlie Mulgrew. The former Celtic and Scotland international will be with us for a short period to gain valuable fitness."They've also snapped up Ross McCormack for a 'short period' in a second big signing.
