Wishaw drivers warned over temporary road closure next month

Wishaw drivers have been warned of a five-day temporary road closure in the centre of town. North Lanarkshire Council have confirmed that Alexander Street, from Dundyvan Street to Caledonian Road, will be closed from Wednesday to Sunday, August 9 to 13.

The closure is being carried out in order for work to begin on the installation of uncontrolled pedestrian crossings.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
