Reality TV star Jess Wright has been praised by fans after sharing a candid photo that laid bare her struggles with the skin condition psoriasis.

The former TOWIE cast member, wearing a short black dress and with slicked-back hair, posted the snap of her bare limbs on Instagram.

The mirror selfie exposes the red patches on her calves, thighs and arms caused by the autoimmune condition. Jess, 37, captioned the image: "This is Me" and tagged Psoriasis Awareness Month.

Fans were quick to show their support for the star and praised her bravery in revealing all. Some shared their own experiences of the condition - which according to the NHS affects around two in 100 people in the UK.
