The court was told that North Lanarkshire Council had warned him about his dogs’ behaviour only weeks before the attack. Mimnaugh’s not guilty pleas to similar charges relating to an incident in Watersaugh Drive, Cleland, on July 15 last year were accepted.It had been alleged that Rocky and Ruby jumped on and scratched a woman while she was trying to protect her dog from being attacked.Sinead Corrigan, prosecuting, told Sheriff Linda Nicolson that the kennel fees for the two Patterdale terriers amounted to £29,214.Those costs are met by the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.Defence lawyer Ian Scott said Mimnaugh works
